Our 180-day Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all eligible orders and covers returns, replacements, refunds, and product exchanges. Whether due to a defect or a change in need, we aim to make the process easy, efficient, and stress-free.
This customer-focused policy is designed to align with U.S. consumer protection laws and meets the compliance standards of Google Merchant Center and Google Ads. It outlines your rights and our obligations regarding product returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Below, you’ll find full details on how our policy works and the steps to initiate a return or exchange. These terms apply to all qualifying purchases made through our website unless otherwise noted.
Eligible Return Conditions
Bayshore Powersports gladly accepts returns of both defective and non-defective merchandise within 180 days of delivery. Customers may choose a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange for:
Defective products: Malfunction, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage.
Non-defective merchandise: Buyer's remorse or accidental purchase.
We also accept returns on items that have been gently tested, such as a single short ride, as long as they are clean, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Bayshore Powersports covers the full cost of return shipping for all eligible returns, exchanges, and replacements, whether due to a product defect, fulfillment error, or a change of mind.
Customers can return qualifying items at no additional shipping expense when following our Return Authorization process.
Return Authorization (RA Number)
To make your return experience hassle-free, Bayshore Powersports includes a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and detailed return instructions in your final order confirmation email once your order ships.
To ensure your return is processed correctly, every eligible return or exchange must include a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number is automatically included in your shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
Important Notes:
Returns or exchanges without an RA Number may be delayed or not accepted.
Include your RA Number in all communications and documentation.
If you did not receive an RA Number, contact our support team before sending anything back.
Return Requirements
Securely packaged in the original box and materials
Return must be pre-authorized before shipping
Original receipt, invoice, or packing slip must be included
Manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories must be intact
Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused or partially refunded.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used during purchase. This includes:
- Zelle & Venmo
- Bank Wire Transfer
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
- Cryptocurrency (BTC & ETH): Refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars based on the original transaction value at the time of purchase. This protects both parties from cryptocurrency price volatility. Refunds are typically issued via bank wire or another agreed method, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Please allow up to 7 business days from the approval date for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes:
Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
We do not charge restocking fees, and we aim to make all refunds fair, prompt, and transparent.
- Bayshore Powersports covers all return shipping costs, including returns initiated due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or product defects.
- Refunds apply only to items returned within 180 days in acceptable condition. This policy does not override any applicable consumer rights granted by law in your jurisdiction.
Credit Card Payments: Refunds may be subject to third-party payment processing fees (e.g., non-refundable card fees or gateway charges), unless the return is due to an error on our part. These fees are set by the payment provider and not retained by Bayshore Powersports.

Step-by-Step Return Process
Below is the step-by-step process to start a return or exchange:

Your Order Number
RA Number (provided in your shipping confirmation email)
A clear reason for the return or exchange
If eligible, you will receive:
A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
Packaging guidelines and freight pickup instructions for oversized items
Securely package the item, including a printed copy of your original invoice or receipt.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or exchange, and once your return or exchange is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email including refund status or replacement tracking information.
Received the Wrong Item? If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you may still return it for an exchange or refund within 15 days at no cost for return shipping or product replacement. Contact us within the timeframe using your RA Number.. This shorter window applies only to misordered items where the correct item was shipped.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, Bayshore Powersports is happy to assist with the following:
Incorrect Items Sent: If we shipped the wrong item, we will promptly send the correct item at no additional cost and cover return shipping.
- Incorrect Size: If you ordered the wrong size or product, we’ll handle the exchange at no cost to you, including return and replacement shipping.
Customer Order Error: If the wrong item was ordered by mistake, you may exchange it for another product. The new item must be at least 75% of the value of the original purchase at no additional cost on product and return shipping.
Replacement
Bayshore Powersports stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free replacement policy to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. Customers can request a replacement within 180 days of delivery for the following issues: Manufacturing defects, Shipping damage, Wrong item received
To qualify for a replacement:
Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required.
Customers must notify us within the 180-day window.
Original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided.
Once approved, we’ll ship out a replacement of the same item or part at no additional cost. Replacement orders typically ship within 3 business days of approval. Tracking information will be provided via email once dispatched.
Post 180-Day Return Window
If your product develops a fault or defect after 180 days, Bayshore Powersports is no longer responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Instead, you'll need to contact the manufacturer directly to initiate warranty claims or service inquiries.
How to Proceed: Refer to the manufacturer's documentation provided with your purchase for contact details and warranty policies and reach out to the manufacturer directly to process claims under their warranty or customer service procedures.

Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on efficiently and accurately processing every order. Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid processing fees. To provide the fastest possible service, all orders are electronically submitted to our warehouse within 24 hours of placement. Because of this quick turnaround, cancellation requests made after 24 hours after order submission cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted.
Cancellation Fees
No fee for cancellations within the allowed timeframe (24 hours). If cancellation is approved after processing begins, a restocking fee of 20% of the order value may apply. Custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or subject to higher fees due to supplier commitments.
Are There Any Restocking Fees?
We do not charge restocking fees for returns initiated within the allowed timeframe. However, orders refused upon delivery or canceled after warehouse processing may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value.
Refund Calculations
Refund amount = Order Total – Cancellation Fees – Shipping Costs (if already incurred)
Refunds will be processed in the same payment method originally used. Refund processing time may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the payment provider.
Impact on Inventory and Restocking
Cancelled orders returned to stock inventory to maintain accurate availability. Restocking fees cover labor, inspection, and repackaging costs.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our Customer Support team immediately after placing an order via phone or email. Please be sure to include the Order Number, Full name and contact details (for verification purposes) in your request. Cancellations cannot be processed without this information.

Freight or Courier Returns
If you’re unable to visit our store in person, Bayshore Powersports accepts returns via courier or freight.
Packaging Guidelines: Due to the weight and size of certain items, customers are encouraged to arrange for appropriate assistance or equipment during delivery and return to avoid injury. Items must be securely packed on sturdy pallets if required. Improper or damaged packaging may lead to the carrier refusing the shipment. Pick-Up Instructions:
The carrier will arrive at the scheduled time.
The driver will apply all necessary labels during pick-up.
We suggest keeping your pallet if you need to return the item later.
- Clearly write the return tracking number on the package, using the information from your confirmation email.
Important Note: Bayshore Powersports is not responsible for injuries sustained during the handling of large or heavy items. Please take proper safety precautions.
Refused Packages
To ensure smooth order handling, any refused packages returned without prior documented authorization from Bayshore Powersports will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund, where applicable. We highly recommend contacting our customer support team before refusing any shipments to avoid unnecessary charges.
