After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to rapid order processing and warehouse submission. If accepted after 24 hours, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, especially on custom or special orders, which may be non-cancellable.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team via phone or email with their Order Number and contact details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees or incurred shipping costs.

Warranty Overview

Bayshore Powersports proudly stands behind the quality of the vehicles and equipment we sell. Every eligible product includes warranty coverage designed to protect your purchase and ensure peace of mind:

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Most units come with a standard OEM warranty ranging from 6 months to 3 years, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Service can typically be performed at any authorized dealer nationwide.
Bayshore Powersports Limited Reseller Warranty: For qualifying products not fully covered by a manufacturer, we offer a 180-day limited warranty that protects against delivery-related damage, along with support in submitting warranty claims and inspection documentation.

Warranty coverage does not apply to wear-and-tear items, misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. All warranties are non-transferable and available only to the original purchaser.
