Shipping Process & Quality Control
Bayshore Powersports ensures that every order undergoes a thorough pre-inspection by our internal logistics team before shipment. If an item does not meet our strict quality standards, the shipment may be withheld. If a product is out of stock, we will either offer a comparable alternative of similar value or issue a refund upon request.
Our logistics team takes great care to professionally pack, secure, and prepare each item for transit using industry-standard techniques and specialized equipment. Bayshore Powersports utilizes reliable freight carriers such as SAIA and R+L Carriers. These services support both Truckload (TL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, making them ideal for transporting powersports and motorsports vehicles or equipment of varying sizes. Whether delivering to commercial or residential locations, these carriers provide efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions to our customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Air Freight
This option is available for both local and international customers who require expedited delivery and are prepared to invest in faster service. Bayshore Powersports partners with trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS for domestic air shipments, and DHL Global Forwarding, FedEx, and UPS for international air cargo. These services are ideal for time-sensitive orders, ensuring your powersports or motorsports products arrive quickly and safely, no matter the destination.
Sea/Ocean Freight
This option is ideal for international customers located in Asia, Africa, Europe, and island regions such as the Caribbean, Alaska, Hawaii, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. This is a complex transport solution that requires multiple modes of transportation, such as sea, rail, and truck, we partner with industry leaders like XPO Logistics and Kuehne+Nagel to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

Order Processing Time and Shipping Policy
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Most orders are processed the same business day, and if that’s not possible, they are processed the following business day. Please note that in rare cases orders may take up to 24 hours to enter our system and are subject to stock availability, order volume, and product complexity.
Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will promptly notify you of any unexpected delays. To help us deliver your order on time without any delay, please provide a valid physical and accurate delivery address during checkout, PO Boxes are not accepted. Make sure you select your preferred and accurate shipping method that aligns with your type of order and location at the checkout page.
While we pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times, please understand that our shipping process is not automated like Amazon’s. Some items, especially custom-built, special-order, or multi-component products, may require additional processing time. All processing and fulfillment timelines apply to business days and standard working hours only.

Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Timelines by Destination
Once your order is processed and shipped, an email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you. Estimated shipping and delivery windows for Continental U.S. (Lower 48 states), Canada and Mexico.
- In-stock items typically ship by ground within 24 hours of order confirmation and delivery will be between 1–3 business days.
- Next-day delivery may be available for an additional charge, if you choose the air shipping option at the checkout page depending on order size, weight, and contents.
- All U.S. orders INCLUDE duties and brokerage fees where applicable and will be delivered to the provided address.
International & Special U.S. Regions (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and others). In-stock items typically ship through the ocean between 24-48 hours of order confirmation, and you should expect delivery between 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary due to customs clearance and local logistics.
For large or custom orders, our team will communicate estimated delivery windows during the order process.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs for International Customers
Bayshore Powersports ships products worldwide to meet the needs of our international customers. Whether you're located in the Caribbean, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, or beyond, we work with trusted and reliable global shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
Please note that international shipping charges calculated at checkout do not include any applicable duties, tariffs, customs fees, VAT, or brokerage charges. All such importation costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer or recipient. These charges are assessed by the destination country's customs authority or the shipping carrier and must be paid upon delivery.
By law, Bayshore Powersports is required to declare the full purchase value of all goods on customs documentation. We do not lower declared values or mark items as “gifts” under any circumstances.
The buyer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable import laws and regulations of the destination country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you are purchasing is legal to import into your country. Customs policies vary significantly, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for details prior to placing your order.
If a shipment is refused by the recipient to avoid paying import duties or fees, Bayshore Powersports reserves the right to:
- Deduct the cost of return shipping (including any customs clearance charges) from the original refund, or
- Abandon the shipment without a refund if the return shipping costs exceed the order’s value.
Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control. These delays can extend beyond our standard estimated delivery timeframes.

Transparent Shipping Costs, Charges and Estimates
Bayshore Powersports believes in complete transparency and avoids hidden fees. Shipping, handling, and delivery costs are automatically calculated based on your order size, weight, delivery destination, and method. These costs, along with estimated delivery times, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is finalized, so you'll know exactly what to expect. Our system calculates shipping fees based on the selected method, product type, destination, and package size, providing you with a comprehensive breakdown of costs before you complete your purchase.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All in-stock orders ship within standard lead times using your chosen shipping method at the checkout page. A tracking number and all necessary information to be able to track your order will be emailed to you on your registered email once the order leaves our warehouse.
For special order or backordered items, fulfillment begins once stock is available. Shipping and tracking updates will follow the selected method during purchase.
Consolidated Shipments
To boost efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and improve costs, we aim to consolidate orders when possible. If your order includes multiple items and they are ready at the same time, we will ship them together in one package. This may cause slight delays, but it ensures items arrive together and securely, reducing the carbon footprint of multiple shipments.
Backorder Items
If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. If shipments are scheduled more than 30 days after the order date, we will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Important Notes
Due to the nature of the products we sell, most items are not eligible for standard air shipment.
All shipments require a valid delivery address and contact information. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details may delay delivery.
Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries at the time of receipt. Any damage or discrepancy should be reported immediately.
