Our dedicated, experienced internal logistics team ensures that customer orders are well-packaged and ready for pickup before the arrival of the shipping company. They are trained to use specialized equipment to handle customer orders safely. We offer flexible shipping and delivery options to both residential and commercial locations to meet your specific requirements. After your order is confirmed, our in-house logistics team will contact you to review and confirm any special delivery instructions for the delivery location before the scheduled delivery date by an external shipping company.
Shipping: Most of our products are not eligible for air shipment due to their size, weight, or content. Consequently, these items will be shipped via Regular Truck Freight to continental US customers and Regular Ocean or Ground Freight to the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, Alaska & Hawaii, and Regular Ocean Lower Container Load (LCL) Freight to international customers. However, Suppose you require a special shipping arrangement by air or a Full Container Load (FCL) shipment by Ground or Ocean. Shipping Companies: We ship through UPS Ground Freight Shipping to customers within the continental US while we ship through DHL Global Forwarding or any other available trusted and reliable Global Freight Forwarding company to the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, Alaska & Hawaii, and international destinations. We also welcome and are more than happy to accommodate special shipping arrangements from all customers.
Delivery Time: For non-backordered items in the continental US, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Shipments to the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, Alaska & Hawaii, and international destinations may require additional time up to 2-4 business days.
Charges: We are committed to transparent shipping practices, the handling, shipping, and delivery charges are determined based on the type of your order and your delivery location which will automatically pull out at the checkout page and show up at the total cost of your order before payment.
