Refund, Returns and Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER 180 DAYS, DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE HANDLED DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER.

Bayshore Powersports is committed to providing you with the best value, quality, and selection. We want you to be delighted with your purchase! We offer a 180-day Refund and Returns Policy from the purchase date minus shipping costs unless specified under exceptions and exclusions.

Refund: We are proud to stand behind our products with a rock-solid guarantee of refunds for all eligible refund requests within 180 days. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to providing a seamless refund process back to your original payment method. Rest assured, refunds will be promptly issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) days of your request approval.

Item Condition: Bayshore Powersports has a fair and transparent return and exchange policy in place.  All returns must be postmarked no later than 180 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in the original condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. If a return or exchange takes place within 180 days.

Return Shipping Cost:  Bayshore Powersports will cover return shipping charges. To be able to process your request without any delay, kindly include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and we do not charge a restocking fee. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: There is no charge for an exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit if the customer requests the same item in a different size. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying a restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Return Shipping Instructions: We’ll email you the return shipping label and invoice, return shipping can be through UPS or DHL with Insurance of the full value of the purchase we do this to guarantee our return shipping as part of our commitment to our customers and also to avoid loss

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to us.
